David A. Miller

David Miller is the Managing Partner for FISolv. He oversees all aspects of the business and ensures that our products and services exceed customer expectations.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and has held numerous technical certifications.  In addition to his technical expertise, David has held senior management positions with several high tech companies. This experience allows him to easily communicate complex technical issues to executive management. 

Randall C. Smith

Randall Smith, SVP of Business Development, brings 15 years of experience in the financial industry to FISolv.  Prior to joining FISolv Randall held key positions in business development and training for multiple Fortune 500 financial service companies.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from Northwood University and has numerous financial certifications.

Randall plays a key role in FISolv’s management team.  He is responsible for partner relations and is involved in the training and educating of clients. His commitment to quality ensures that your DRP is not only compliant but fully functional.  His experience in the branch system is very effective in helping to create the synergy necessary for a highly effective BCP.

Michael Reardon

Michael Reardon, President of The MIS Department, Inc., brings twenty-five years of technology consultation to FISolv. While working for a CPA firm years ago, Mike recognized the power of the computer and the value saving time, human resources, and costs can bring to any organization. Mike’s responsibilities included system studies and EDP reviews for financial institutions. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Technology, enhancing his natural analytical abilities.

He began by installing computerized accounting systems. Mike has performed extensive system studies to find best fit technology solutions for diversified situations in many industries. He has designed and implemented computer networks, that provide both hardware and software applications. His insight in modification and custom programming bring value to any table. Mike is a member of CompTIA, a nationally recognized technology industry professional association and a certification and training organization.

Deidra Dunagin

Deidra Dunagin is the Vice President of Information Systems of a billion dollar credit union with a range of responsibilities in her 25 years of service. With an accounting background, all aspects of electronic services and core system management, network and communication administration, contract and systems reviews, and project management, Deidra grew the Information Systems Department from an online service bureau environment to the in house staff of 10 it is today.

Having developed and managed the business continuity plan since conception, Deidra brought the outsourced recovery site in house. She has been dedicated to identifying the best solutions at affordable costs.
